The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
The Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms. The same applies for cars on the grounds of Andresna House.
As guest, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay; regardless of charge instructions.
Guest information & house rules
Please be aware that Andresna House operates as a classic B&B and as such, it is not only hosting external guests, it is also the home of the owner family.
Please observeve quiet time before 7.30am and after 10.30pm in your rooms as well as in our lounges and the dining room.
Do make yourself comfortable in our two lounges and the dining room. However, please respect that excessive alcohol consumption and bringing food to the property is not allowed.
Unfortunately, celebrating loud parties like hen- and stag parties is not allowed in Andresna House; also, guests are not able to invite non-residents.
The owners are more than happy to light a log fire for you in one of the lounges, however, because of obvious reasons, we cannot allow our guests to handle candles and the fireplaces themselves.
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in all internal parts of Andresna House. If you are found to have been smoking, a minimum fee of €150 will be charged to cover extra cleaning measurements.
In the event of any damage or loss to the contents of your room or the common rooms, including stains to any of the furnishings, carpets and rugs etc., we reserve the right to charge either the full cost of repairing/cleaning such item(s) or, if this is not possible, the replacement cost with new.
Your booking requires full prepayment at time of booking. You can either pay online with your credit card, debit card or via PayPal. As an option, you can give us a call to make a booking. We are more than happy to proceed a card payment over the phone with you. If any services under the contract are varied prior to arrival then the payment made will reflect the latest details contained in the written details confirmed by Andresna House. Any additional charges due to Andresna House for services provided shall be paid by the Client on presentation of an invoice.
Cancellation and „No Show“ policy
Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations or changes must be made in writing (via email) up to 14 days prior to 12.00pm of due arrival date. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations received within 13 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking arrangement. The same cancellation will also apply in the case of the booking arrangement been shortened or the guest does not show up. We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance. For groups of multiple room bookings, different cancellation policies may apply if there was special arrangements agreed at time of booking.
Specific rooms cannot always be guaranteed. Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 4pm on the arrival date.
Rooms must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of departure. Additional charges will be applied to the guest account for later departures.
A one time fee of €20.00 per dog every three days period or part thereof applies. Access is restricted to the great outdoors and your accommodation. On the grounds of Andresna House, dogs must be kept on the lead at all time. It is also required to clean up after your dog. To respect our guests who do not travel with pets, dogs are not allowed in the common rooms or dining room. Some dogs do get lonely and upset in new surroundings so we ask that they are not left unattended in your room during the day.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms as well as for arising repair costs caused by pet dogs.
We ask for bringing your dog in good general condition and reasonable groomed. If your dog does not behave at all or is in bad or questionable condition, we reserve the right to refuse access to our property.
When bringing your dog with you to Andresna House please ensure to bring along evidence of up to date vaccinations. Kennel cough vaccinations are a must. You should also bring along your own feed and dog bedding. Packing tip: bring a longer than average lead for walks in the countryside.
